Genomic Health PSA

Joe Torre, baseball Hall of Famer and prostate cancer survivor, was the voice for our Genomic Health campaign. The PSA encouraged men diagnosed with prostate cancer to take a genomic test prior to undergoing invasive surgery to see the probability of their cancer spreading. In many cases, surgery is not necessary for the patient.

The PSA aired over 32,000 times on television and radio, with primetime spots appearing at double the national average for PSAs. In just six months, broadcast, radio and online channels accounted for 391 million impressions, contributing to a 28 percent increase in test sales.
